Trial Digs & Service Location
Trial digs completed to confirm the position, depth and condition of existing underground utilities before construction begins. Available drawings and service information are reviewed, with excavation undertaken carefully using appropriate detection equipment, hand-digging and controlled mechanical excavation.
How We Deliver Utility Civils Projects
Every utility project is planned around the client’s issued specification, existing service information, site conditions and programme. We coordinate our civil engineering works with the principal contractor and other specialists throughout delivery.
Scope Review & Planning
We review available drawings, cable or water-service specifications, access requirements and existing utility information before preparing the required labour, plant, materials and safety documentation.
Civil Works & Installation
Trial digs, trench excavation, ducts, chambers, MDPE water services, test rodding, draw ropes and cable pulling are completed in accordance with the agreed scope and specification.
Backfilling & Reinstatement
Installed services are surrounded with the specified bedding and marker system before controlled backfilling, compaction and reinstatement of paving, concrete, verges or asphalt.
